Refund policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, as long as the item is returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@luminousware.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if our returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
